FamPass Holder Terms & Conditions
By activating or using your FamPass, you agree to abide by the
following
terms and conditions:
1. FamPass Program Overview
The FamPass is a membership program offered by Only in Dade (OID) that
grants users exclusive discounts, perks, and access to participating local businesses throughout
South Florida.
2. Participating Businesses
OID partners with a wide range of businesses that offer special deals
and
services to FamPass holders. While we conduct an extensive screening process to vet and
approve participating businesses, OID is not responsible for the actions, behavior, quality
of
service, products, or policies of any business within the network.
3. Third-Party Liability
OID acts solely as a facilitator of the FamPass program. All
transactions, interactions, and experiences with participating businesses are solely between
the
FamPass holder and the business. OID does not assume responsibility for:
- Service outcomes
- Product quality
- Customer service disputes
- Business closures or changes in business operations
- Availability of advertised perks or discounts
4. Changes to Offers
Businesses reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue their
offers at any time. OID makes reasonable efforts to keep information up to date but is not
liable
for any discrepancies.
5. Non-Transferability
The FamPass is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual
to
whom it is registered.
6. Revocation of Membership
OID reserves the right to revoke or suspend FamPass privileges at any
time, with or without notice, for any misuse or violation of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OID, its affiliates,
employees,
and representatives shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims
arising
out of or related to the use of the FamPass or the conduct of any participating business.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from interactions with a participating business
must
be addressed directly with that business. OID may, at its discretion, assist in resolving
disputes
but is not obligated to do so.
