A deadly shooting early Tuesday morning near Downtown Miami's Brightline train station resulted in one man’s death and left a woman wounded. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. near the intersection of NW 1st Avenue and NW 6th Street. Miami police officers responding to the scene discovered an unresponsive man and a woman suffering from a gunshot wound.
Both victims were transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital, where the man was later pronounced dead. The woman remains hospitalized in stable condition. Authorities have not released the identities of the victims, and no arrests have been made as the investigation remains ongoing.
